Overview

At Coddingpro, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital goods (downloadable software), refunds are subject to specific conditions consistent with Envato's Refund Policy.

When a refund IS granted:

  1. The product does not match its description or demo — If the product is materially different from the description or demo shown on the product page, you are entitled to a full refund.
  2. Critical bug that cannot be fixed — If a critical bug prevents core functionality and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Item has not been downloaded — If you completed payment but never received access to the product files.

When a refund is NOT granted:

  • The item has been downloaded and works as described.
  • The product did not meet personal expectations not stated in the description.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • Lack of technical skills to install the product (free support is available).
  • Your server does not meet minimum requirements.
  • The product was modified by you or a third party, causing malfunction.
