1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product sold by Coddingpro on Codecanyon (ENVATO), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Product License

• Regular License: You may use the product for a single end product (one installation) for yourself or for one client. The end product may not be sold or redistributed.
• Extended License: You may use the product for a single end product that is sold to multiple end users (e.g., SaaS platform). Only one extended license is required per product.
• License terms are governed exclusively by Envato's standard licensing terms.

3. Authorized Sales Channel

Deprixa Pro and Deprixa Basic are sold exclusively through Codecanyon (ENVATO) under the brand Coddingpro. Any copy obtained outside of Codecanyon is unauthorized, unsupported, and may contain modified or malicious code. Coddingpro assumes no responsibility for unauthorized copies.

4. Prohibited Uses

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the source code of our products in any form.
• You may not claim authorship or remove copyright notices from the software.
• You may not use our products to build a competing product for distribution or sale.
• Modifying the product for your own use is permitted, but modified versions may not be distributed.

5. Support Policy

Support is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase, as defined by Envato's support policy. Support covers installation assistance, configuration guidance, and verified bugs. It does not cover custom development, feature requests, or issues caused by third-party modifications. Submit support requests at ticket.deprixapro.site or by email at soporte@coddingpro.com.

6. Updates

Product updates are provided through Codecanyon. Coddingpro reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features across versions. We recommend always using the latest release for security and compatibility reasons.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is." While we make every effort to ensure quality and security, Coddingpro does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation in every possible server environment. It is your responsibility to ensure your hosting environment meets the minimum requirements stated in the product documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coddingpro shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of revenue.

9. Changes to These Terms

Coddingpro reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
