At Coddingpro, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital goods (downloadable software), refunds are subject to specific conditions consistent with Envato's Refund Policy. Please read the following carefully before requesting a refund.
When a refund IS granted
If the product you received is materially different from the description, feature list, or live demo shown on the product page — for example, a key module does not exist or core functionality shown in the demo does not work as advertised — you are entitled to a full refund. Please open a support ticket first to allow us to verify and resolve the issue before processing a refund.
If the product contains a critical bug or security vulnerability that prevents core functionality from working, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. Minor bugs that do not affect core functionality are not grounds for a refund but will be addressed in a future update.
If you completed payment but the item was never made available for download and you have not received access to the product files, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us immediately at
soporte@coddingpro.com with your purchase receipt.
When a refund is NOT granted
Because our products are digital goods that can be downloaded and used immediately, refunds are not available in the following situations:
- The item has already been downloaded and the product works as described.
- The product did not meet personal expectations or preferences not stated in the description.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- The purchase was made by mistake (please verify the demo before buying).
- Lack of technical skills or experience to install and configure the product (free support is available).
- Your server or hosting environment does not meet the minimum requirements stated in the documentation.
- The product was modified by you or a third party, causing it to malfunction.
How to request a refund
Before requesting a refund, please open a support ticket so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved quickly with proper guidance.
